About This Project

This website is curated by Eri Adachi, a VFX compositor and educator based in London, UK, working between the UK and Japan.

My goal is to help students and emerging creators discover international opportunities in animation, VFX, film, documentary, and media arts.

Through my professional experience in the VFX industry in the UK and Canada, educational activities in Japan, and involvement in international educational and cultural initiatives, including Japanese schools overseas in the UK and BAFTA’s youth and student-focused programmes, I hope to help reduce the information gap between Japan and the international creative industry, and support the next generation of creators in pursuing global opportunities.

This site curates international competitions, festivals, and educational programmes that may be accessible to students, written from both an industry and teaching perspective.
